The STEPS General Rules and Regulations are not posted on this site for public view. The fraternal nature of the organization and the limits imposed as such, make the information highly specific and targeted to members and potential members.
You can obtain access to the latest revised version of the STEPS General Rules and Regulations by registering as a member of this site. To register you can click either of the links for registration on the right side of this page.
When you register, be sure to go to the email account that you submitted with your registration to retrieve your system generated password. Be sure to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive your welcome email within a couple of minutes.
Once you have “logged in to the site”, you can obtain any of the forms available by referring to the “STEPS Downloads” link from the menu at the top of the page in the header image. The STEPS forms available are listed there as a PDF hyperlink. You can download and view these forms with Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 or above. If you cannot access any of these PDF forms you can call the Administrator Charles Boddie at 903-387-0179 for assistance.
