The STEPS forms are only available to STEPS Members and Registered Users of this site. You can download any of the STEPS forms for your personal use or inspection. All Users of this site are required to Register, Members and Non-Member Users alike.
These forms are proprietary and should not be shared beyond the membership or prospective membership (hourly UPS employees of the Northeast Texas District).
If you are not a STEPS Member or Registered User of this site, you will be asked to register at any point where you click a link to a protected page. A link for registration is provided in the upper right side of every page of the site.
When you are registered you may view proprietary information about STEPS. Be sure to retain the system generated ”Welcome email” as it contains the security passcode that you will have to use to “login” to the site in the future. Once registered you may access your “profile” area for your registration and change the passcode you use to “login”.
